On Wednesday, April 18, 2012, the Centennial Eagles lost against the Atholton Raiders 13-3. Starting pitcher Garrett Kurtz gave up seven earned runs, struggling to get Raiders hitters out. Third basemen Jared Lacey went 1-3, with a double and an RBI. The Centennial Eagles just could not hit and struggled against one of the top teams in Howard County. The Eagles will try to bounce back from a tough loss when they play against the Wilde Lake Wildcats on Friday, April 20, 2012.
