On Thursday, September 20, the Centennial’s Girls’ Varsity Soccer team took on Wilde Lake High School. The final score was 3-0, the first loss of the season for the Eagles.
Wilde Lake was able to break the Eagle’s back line twice, scoring goals that were very hard to stop. The third goal, though, came from a miscommunication in Centennial’s back line, when a passback to the goalie resulted in the back of the net.
The Eagles will play today at Long Reach High School on Friday, September 21 at 7:00 pm.
