On Thursday, December 22, students and staff demonstrated their school spirit by dressing up in snow gear. Ski goggles, vests, warm hats, and snow pants were worn, transforming Centennial into what seemed to be a ski lodge.
The winter solstice occurred on December 21, marking the official start of winter and upcoming snowstorms. Friday marks the last day of Winter Spirit Week and students get the opportunity to dress as their favorite holiday characters.
