Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of semisweet chocolate
½ cup of heavy whipping cream
To decorate:
1 tablespoon of white chocolate
½ cup of pistachios
½ cup of cocoa Powder
Materials:
A mixing bowl
Knife
Cutting board
Small bowls
Whisk
Sheet pan
Parchment paper
To begin,
1. Finely chop 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate on a cutting board. Move into a mixing bowl and put aside.

2. Pour out ½ a cup of heavy cream into a small, microwave safe bowl. Put the bowl in the microwave and heat it in 30 second intervals.

3. Once the cream is hot enough, carefully pour it over the chocolate and whisk until it melts. Make sure to whisk until it is smooth and there are no clumps.

4. Put the bowl into the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour. While the bowl is chilling, prepare your toppings, so you are ready for decorating. You can customize your toppings how you like or follow this recipe!
Prepare toppings:
- Put about ⅓ cup of cocoa powder in a small bowl.
- Finely chop or use a food processor to blend about ½ cup of pistachios.
- In two separate bowls, melt about a tablespoon of white and semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 15 second intervals.
To decorate:
1. Take your chilled chocolate out of the fridge and scoop about a tablespoon of the chocolate. Carefully roll it into a ball in your hands and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Repeat until you have used all of the chocolate.
2. Take a truffle and cover it in cocoa powder.

3. Choose a different truffle and carefully roll it in the pistachios.

4. On another truffle, add a chocolate drizzle.

5. Repeat until all your truffles have toppings. If your truffles are getting too soft and sticky, put them back in the fridge to chill for a bit before adding more toppings!
6. Enjoy!
