After school on Friday, October 27, students gathered in the cafeteria for the Aquila coffeehouse. Those who attended were able to eat and socialize while watching their fellow classmates perform music and dance pieces. This event was promoted and held by Aquila, Centennial’s literary magazine. The coffeehouse was a great way for people to come together and enjoy the musical talents of students from our school, all while getting to interact in a relaxed environment.
Coming up in the month of November, Aquila will be setting up book drop-off locations around Centennial on November 3. At these locations, you will be able to donate new or gently used books for Aquila’s book sale on November 17.
