Today is the last day to turn in Prom Guest Approval Forms. If a CHS students plans to bring someone who is not enrolled at CHS to Prom, they must submit a completed Guest Approval Form to the Front Office by 3:00 PM TODAY. The form can be found on CHS Quicknotes, by clicking here.
