The Centennial Eagles looked dominant versus the Reservoir Gators and
Long Reach Lightening, but they struggled in a 7-5 loss versus the
Howard Lions on March 28, 2012.
Both the Lions and Eagles played sloppy committing too many errors
and walks. Pitcher Garrett Kurtz went six innings and gave up two
earned runs (five unearned runs). Pitcher Peter Baum finished up the
game going one inning with two strikeouts, but he gave up two earned
runs.
The Eagles will try to bounce back against the Oakland Mills
Scorpions on Friday, March 30, 2012 at Oakland Mills.
