The seniors beat the juniors, 19-6, in the annual Powder Puff game on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Powder Puff is a fun, yet competitive, game of football between the girls of the senior and junior classes.
The juniors came out strong by scoring the first touchdown, however, the seniors did not give up and ended up scoring 3 touchdowns in a row. One of the key components to the seniors’ win was quarterback Maggie Sullivan. Sullivan threw dozens of pinpoint passes straight to the hands of the receivers. On the defensive end, Gabby Fairley was unpassable. She had multiple tips and swatted passes.
