Four seniors, Emma Bennett, Aidan Clark, Samuel Molz, and Jessie Rothrock participated in national signing day on Wednesday, November 10. The four athletes signed their letters of intent in the Centennial gymnasium, surrounded by their close family and friends. 

“Signing day was very special to me because it was the one of the first times our school has publicly recognized our out of school athletics and how seriously we take them… it was absolutely incredible to sign in front of so many friends, peers, parents, and coaches. It felt like all of my hard work had paid off,” said Clark. 

The athletes signed to the following schools: 

Emma Bennett: Virginia Commonwealth University for soccer 

Aidan Clark: Towson University for diving 

Samuel Molz: Emory and Henry College for soccer 

Jessie Rothrock: Drexel University for swimming 

A few coaches got the chance to highlight their athlete’s accomplishments and some of their favorite memories they’ve shared together. Many pictures were taken of this bittersweet moment.
