Monday, October 4 was the start of Centennial’s Homecoming Spirit Week. Like most years, Spirit Week kicked off with Pajama Day. On Pajama Day, both students and faculty dress in their most comfortable clothes to wear to school.
Pajama Day allows students to roll out of bed and go straight to school, without wasting time getting ready. Sophomore Gracie Rockefeller said, “My favorite part of PJ Day is feeling like I’m in bed all day. I’m comfy and cozy in all my classes.”
PJ Day is a tradition at Centennial, and is usually the first Monday of Spirit Week. “It’s great that [PJ Day] is on a Monday since everyone needs a little recovery after the weekend,” said Rockefeller.
