Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman declared May 1 as “Zaching Day” in Howard County, to honor the Zaching Against Cancer Foundation and its inspiration, Zach Lederer.
Students throughout Howard County wore Zaching t-shirts or red shirts to show their support for the foundation. The symbolic strongman pose has reached people both in the Howard County community and beyond. Zach’s mother, Christine, has asked that people make $24 donations in honor of his 24th birthday.
Lederer was an inspiration for everyone and his legacy runs through Centennial and the Howard County community.
